An appointment becomes confirmed only after the salon explicitly accepts the request and sends confirmation.
The salon may review service compatibility, stylist availability, appointment duration, and other scheduling requirements before accepting a booking.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details so that booking notifications can be delivered.
4. Services, Pricing, and Availability

Where possible, customers should notify the salon promptly if they expect to be delayed.
7. Rescheduling Appointments
Customers must request rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

8. Appointment Cancellations
Customers may request or initiate cancellation through the available booking management channels.
A cancellation reason is required.
Customers should notify the salon as early as reasonably possible.

Customers must follow reasonable preparation instructions communicated before their appointments.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about their hair and scalp condition, including allergies, sensitivities, recent chemical treatments, or previous adverse reactions that may affect the requested service.
The salon may recommend an alternative service, additional precautions, or postponement where appropriate for customer safety.
10. Client Consent and Hair Treatment Procedures
Certain services may involve braiding, heated styling tools, steam treatments, or hot water techniques.
Customers may be required to complete the salon's Client Consent and Liability Waiver before receiving applicable services.
The consent form remains valid for one year from the date of submission, as stated in the form.
Providing consent does not remove the salon's obligations under applicable law or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers should communicate discomfort, irritation, or other concerns promptly during their appointment.
11. Guests and Accompanying Persons
Only one accompanying person is permitted per customer unless the salon gives prior approval.
Guests must respect the salon environment, other customers, and salon personnel.

13. Product Listings
Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Where product reservation is available, customers may request that an item be reserved for collection at the salon.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displaying a product does not guarantee its availability or constitute confirmation of a purchase.
Applicable prices and collection arrangements will be communicated through the website or salon.
14. Google Calendar Integration
Cece’s Hair Place may provide authorized administrators and stylists with the option to connect their Google Calendar accounts.
This integration is intended to synchronize relevant confirmed salon appointments with the Google Calendar of the assigned stylist.
